Our Season Ends With Half-Price Food & Drinks at Mexicali Blues!
As we told you about in last week's blog, this will be our final week open in 2019 at Mexicali Blues in Osage Beach. Our annual winter break is about to begin so Saturday, November 30, will be your last chance this year to enjoy the best Mexican food at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The idea that we'll be closed for a couple of months might make you sad. To cheer you up, join us Saturday, November 30, 2019, and enjoy your favorites at HALF-PRICE! (While they last that is, so better come in early!) Here are a few tips to make sure you don't miss out on dining with us at least one more time this year.
Make a List
Take a look at the Mexicali Blues menu online and make a list of everything that you absolutely have to have before we close our doors for the season. It's probably going to be a LOT of items, so organize those from "most important" to "still important, but not as much" so you know where to get started when you come in to place your order.
Create a Plan
Now you need to decide which days you're going to join us this week. (We highly suggest fitting in as many days as you can!) We'll be open at 11:30 am Taco Tuesday and Wednesday, closed for Thanksgiving, but open again on Fiesta Friday and Half-Price Saturday. That's 4 lunches, 4 dinners, 3 Happy Hours, and tons of "snack times" you can come in for a bite to eat.
Tell ALL Your Friends
Finally, make sure that all of your friends, family, co-workers, the mailman, etc... know that Mexicali Blues is about to begin our winter break. (It can be your good deed for the day!) Call them, text them, share this blog with them or, hey, do all three. If you can make plans to all be here at the same time, it may turn into a party!
Work Up An Appetite
The hungrier you are, the more you get to taste one more time this year. (Come in thirsty too for a few of those magnificent margaritas as well!) This is especially important on Saturday, November 30 because, as we've already mentioned, everything on that last day will be HALF-PRICE!
Stock Up On Salsa
You don't have to completely be denied the taste of the best Mexican restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks over the next couple of months. Pick up enough jars of our house-recipe salsa to last you through the winter. As a matter of fact, pick up a few extra and get some people marked off of your holiday shopping list too! Our homemade salsa is available in Original, Salsa Verde, and "XXX" Hot.
