Mexicali Blues in Osage Beach has been serving the lake area for two decades now. We've met quite a few people over those 20 years, many of which keep coming back over and over again to enjoy the best Mexican food at the Lake of the Ozarks. Your visit begins with freshly made tortilla chips and our homemade salsa, which includes only fresh, unprocessed, natural ingredients. Our salsa is so irresistible, we've even bottled it (in Original, Salsa Verde, and XXX Hot) so you can take some with you to enjoy at home!
You'll find all of your favorite classic Mexican dishes on the menu, like tacos, burritos, chimichangas, and fajitas in addition to a few unique menu items. (More about those in the next paragraph!) The food from our Lake of the Ozarks Mexican restaurant & cantina is incredible on its own but pairing it with the best margaritas at the Lake of the Ozarks makes the experience even better! You'll find over a dozen different margaritas to try on the menu including 10 different flavors of frozen margaritas.
Don't worry if that's not your cocktail of choice, because our fully stocked bar is capable of mixing all kinds of drinks and we have a wonderful selection of ice-cold bottled and draft beers too.
Taco Tuesday
Quite possibly the most popular day of the week at Mexicali Blues is Tuesday, more commonly known around here as Taco Tuesday at the Lake of the Ozarks. We serve our amazing tacos from open until close for only $1 each! You simply can't pass up a deal like that and you're bound to see quite a few familiar faces enjoying this crowd-pleasing weekly event after you attend a few yourself.
Unique Menu Items
You may be able to find some of our specialty menu items elsewhere, but we guarantee they won't make them as delicious as ours! For example, our very popular Lobster Tacos take a simple dish and give it a fantastic seafood twist.
You simply have to try our famous Queso Fundido while you're here too. It's a smooth and super-stringy cheese dip that's a local favorite. We get a bit creative with the drink menu as well, featuring delicious drinks like the Creamsicle Margarita and our colorful Tie-Dye Margarita.
