Your favorite Lake of the Ozarks Mexican restaurant works hard to bring you the freshest and tastiest food and drinks throughout the year. We do close Mexicali Blues in Osage Beach down for a couple of months during late fall/winter to give our staff some much deserved time off so that they can come back to work refreshed and eager to see all of our customers' happy faces.
This year, our final day open for the 2018 season will be Saturday, December 1. that gives you 1 more week to get over here and enjoy the best Mexican food at the Lake of the Ozarks to hold you over for a few months. In case it's been a while for you, here's what we've got waiting when you come in.
Delicious Food
Any time that you join us, your visit begins with complimentary, freshly cooked tortilla chips and our irresistible homemade salsa. That's perfect for snacking on while you choose something delicious from our extensive menu filled with lots and lots of Mexican food favorites, plus a few signature items that are all our own.
From our famous Queso Fundido (aka Stringy Cheese) to Loaded Nachos, Enchiladas, Burritos, Tacos, Fajitas, Chimichangas, and so much more, you're bound to find something on the menu that you love. As a matter of fact, if you get a little adventurous and try something new you may even discover a new favorite meal!
Marvelous Margaritas
The best margaritas at the Lake of the Ozarks can be found right here at Mexicali Blues. Not only do we mix up an amazing house margarita, but we've also got a huge menu filled with all kinds of different varieties, both frozen and on the rocks. We happen to be the home of the Dreamsicle Margarita, plus we've got many other intriguing flavors including mango, pomegranate, coconut, and more.
Our bar carries a wide range of tequilas to feature in our specialty margaritas, and we've even got a couple of recipes that substitute rum or bourbon in place of traditional tequila. (Literally a margarita for every taste!) We've also got a fully stocked bar for mixing up any cocktail you like, plus a wonderful variety of ice cold beer in bottles and on tap. Join us for Happy Hour Tuesday-Friday from 4-6 pm and find some great deals on our delicious drinks.
Final Weekly Specials
Next week will be the final week this year to enjoy Taco Tuesday and Fiesta Friday. Taco Tuesday is one of our most popular days every single week. You can get $1 tacos all day long beginning at 11:30 am!
Fiesta Friday has a few different treats in store for you beginning at 4:00 pm. Our mouthwatering Chicken Fajitas are available for just $9 instead of the regular price of $13.50. (A large order is $19.50, so 2 smalls on Fiesta Friday is still even cheaper than that!) You can also get select appetizers at half-price, our famous house margaritas are only $3.25, and we've got bottled beers for only $2.50.
Stock Up On Salsa
While you're here, be sure to pick up enough jars of our famous house-recipe salsa to last you through the off-season. Our salsa comes in 3 flavors; Original, Salsa Verde, and "XXX" Hot. Place a jar of each one in a basket along with a Mexicali Blues t-shirt, some tortilla chips, and a gift certificate to our Lake of the Ozarks Mexican restaurant and you've got an awesome holiday gift that anyone would love to receive!
Mexicali Blues is open Tuesday-Thursday from 11:30 am-9:00 pm and Friday & Saturday from 11:30 am-10:00 pm.
