Mexicali Blues is Open 6 Days a Week (Sundays Now Too!)
In case you haven't already heard the wonderful news, our Lake of the Ozarks Mexican restaurant is now open 6 days a week! You guys told us that you missed being able to enjoy Mexicali Blues for half of your weekend, so by popular demand, we are now open on Sundays.
6 Days a Week
Previously you could only get the best Mexican food at the Lake of the Ozarks beginning at 11:30 am every Tuesday-Saturday. You convinced us that simply wasn't enough, so now we are also open on Sundays, every single week! (Monday is the only day you can't stop by but you can take home a jar of our famous homemade salsa to tide you over.) End your weekend right here with us, then come back a couple of days later for lunch, dinner, or some of our weekly specials.
Taco Tuesday
Quite possibly the most popular day of the week at Mexicali Blues is Tuesday, or more widely known as "Taco Tuesday!" We serve our amazing tacos from open until close for only $1 each! You simply can't pass up a deal like that and you're bound to see quite a few familiar faces enjoying this crowd-pleasing weekly event after you attend a few yourself.
Happy Hour
Every Tuesday-Friday from 4-6 pm we host an incredible Happy Hour. You'll get great discounts on drinks to wash your delicious Mexican food down with. Those special prices are aimed at our marvelous margaritas plus we offer beer discounts too. You're welcome to order off the menu if you're hungry, and of course, complimentary chips and salsa are served along with your cocktails.
Classic Car Night
Once a month our parking lot is the home to a very special Classic Car Night. The 3rd Wednesday of each month, May-September, from 5-8 pm you will see the most amazing vehicles on display. Anyone is welcome to join in on the fun and as an added bonus when you bring in your show car for the event you will get 20% off of your meal for the evening!
You don't have to own a classic car to enjoy the show though. Join us for dinner and then wander the parking lot learning about these amazing vehicles and their owners. Dates for 2019 are:
We don't expect to see all of you 6 days every week (although you are more than welcome to join us that often at Mexicali Blues if you have the urge!) The extra day open just gives you one more chance weekly to come in and enjoy some great company, quality service, delicious food, and the best margaritas at the Lake of the Ozarks.
