The Wait is Over - Mexicali Blues is Back!
The wait is finally over and your favorite Mexican restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks is back! We will be open for the 2020 season beginning on Thursday, March 5 at 4:00 pm. The hours have changed slightly but all of those fantastic flavors you love from Mexicali Blues in Osage Beach are back and every bit as delicious as ever.
New Hours
You can still enjoy the best Mexican food at the Lake of the Ozarks every Tuesday-Saturday this year (including $1 tacos every Taco Tuesday.) Instead of opening for lunch, though, we will now be open from 4:00-9:00 pm each of those days.
Fresh, Homemade Mexican Food
Those of you that have been here before already know, but for any new diners that still need to stop by and check us out, here's what you can expect. We always use the freshest and most savory ingredients in everything that comes out of our kitchen.
In addition to the finest Mexican cuisine in the Midwest, we also offer a few American-style dishes as well that are equally delicious. Some of our most popular menu items include classics like tacos, chimichangas, burritos, and fajitas. There are also quite a few specialty items on the menu like our Lobster Tacos and the brilliantly stringy Queso Fundido.
Everyone's Favorite Salsa
Your meal begins with complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are made fresh daily and the salsas are our very own house recipes. It's a combination of the zesty flavors of tomato, peppers, onions, garlic, and other natural ingredients with no preservatives added. Those salsas are so very popular around here, by popular demand we began bottling them a few years ago so you can take all that flavor with you to enjoy at home too.
World Famous Margaritas
Another thing that our regulars will tell anyone that asks is that we pour the best margaritas at the Lake of the Ozarks. Those delicious drinks keep our customers coming back again and again! The original recipe house margarita is a true crowd-pleaser, both frozen and on the rocks, but we didn't stop there!
Our margarite menu includes 13 incredible types of margaritas plus 9 different frozen flavors. In addition to that, our fully stocked bar can mix up all of your other favorite cocktails too. We've got a wonderful selection of both bottled and draft beers available and an extensive selection of the best tequilas. If you come in between 4:00-6:00 pm Tuesday-Friday, you'll be just in time for Happy Hour!
We know we made you wait a bit longer than usual for us to come back from winter break, but that long wait is over! Beginning on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at 4:00 pm, you can once again enjoy everything you love about Mexicali Blues.
